We have been using altapoint for several years with few issues. Most recently I contacted altapoint for a support issue and the support techs were knowledgeable, reliable, and patient with the solution. Call backs were quick and reliable, and I didn’t get stuck in a queue. I especially appreciated that I was not pressured to purchase updates or alternate services. Altapoint does everything we need. A good value.

If you bought the AltaPoint software earlier in 2015, you were provided the latest CPT code set free of charge; you therefore do not need to purchase any code set till a newer version is released.
The latest ICD-10 code set is expected to be released in October 2015.

Advanced Physician Solutions
The implementation from me hosting my system to online was easy. There are a couple of things that need to be fixed, such as the forms do not print right. Hopefully it won’t be too long to have these issues resolved. The staff has been helpful in trying to fix these things and are trying to get IT help involved for more major fixes. It’s very nice to have the system online because you can access it from anywhere.
